Dal mosto prodotto con le uve dell’azienda si produce anche un’ottima mostarda,ideale per accompagnare ed esaltare al meglio,insieme al miele,formaggi stagionati ed erborinati. L’azienda,a conduzione strettamente familiare,persegue una strategia di qualità spesso a scapito della quantità prodotta,perciò non sempre a fine stagione l’azienda dispone ancora di prodotto destinato alla vendita. In azienda inoltre è possibile acquistare frutta e verdura di stagione. Vendita al dettaglio e consegna a domicilio. An excellent mustard is also produced with the must produced by the farm’s own grapes, ideal for accompanying and bringing out the best in mature and marbled cheeses,toge-ther with honey.
The farm, strictly a family run business, follows a quality strategy often disadvantageous in terms of the quantity produced, therefore at the end of the season the farm does not always have product left for sale.Fruit and vegetables in season can also be bought from the farm.

Produktion und Verkauf von Bienenzucht: Honig, Propolis und Wachs. Produktion von verschiedenen Sorte Honig: Akazie, Tausendblumen,Kastanienbaum,Meltau.
Mit dem Most aus den Weintrauben des Betriebs wird eine sehr gute “Mostarda“ (Süßspeise aus gekochtem Most und Mehl) produziert,die ideal zusammen mit dem Honig ist,um der Geschmack der abgelagerten Käse zu hervorheben. Der Familienbetrieb stützt seine Produktivität nicht auf die Menge sondern auf die Qalität , so am Ende der Jahreszeit hat der Betrieb nicht immer alle die Sorte der Produkte für den Verkauf.
In dem Betrieb kann man frische Obst und Gemüse kaufen.

L’entreprise familiale poursuit une stratégie de qualité sou-vent au détriment de la quantité produite, c’est pourquoi l’entreprise ne dispose pas toujours en fin de saison de pro-duits destinés à la vente.
Au sein de l’entreprise, il est également possible d’acheter des fruits et légumes de saison.
