Dal forno di questo artigiano escono i tipici dolci “caritin” a forma di croce inscritta in un cerchio e sembra che le sue origini risalgano al lontano 1100, la cui ricetta risale al lontano 1100 e che la locale pro loco presenta al Festival delle Sagre di Asti.

From the oven of this bakery come the typical “caritin” sweets, in the shape of a cross, the recipe for which dates back to 1100 and which are exhibited by the local tourist board at the Asti ‘Festival delle Sagre’.

Sur demande, tartes pour cérémonies.
Du four de cet artisan sortent les typiques desserts “caritin” en forme de croix, dont la recette remonte à l’an 1100 et que le syndicat local présente au Festival delle Sagre d’Asti.
